Helpful Information

  • SHORT-TERM STAYS
    We only accept students for a minimum of one term. Students are generally not entered for NCEA examinations but are eligible for special awards or qualifications such as micro-credentials, and receive a Certificate of Attendance.

    LONG-TERM STAYS
    For students attending for upwards of one year or more, they can gain a high school qualification in either NZ NCEA or an alternative learning programme.

  • The New Zealand rental market is varied, with a range of pricing for the many different types of housing available. With sea views or nestled in suburbia, New Zealand accommodation is often found in the most stunning locations. The choice is yours.

    You can find rental properties by contacting landlords directly or you can go through a letting agent, for example a real estate agent. Letting agents act as agents for landlords when granting or assigning a tenancy.

    You can also check popular websites, like the ones listed below. These websites are populated with rental properties or properties that are available to purchase. Having a look on these websites will also give you an overview of the types of properties available nearby and of rent cost in these areas. There is always a high demand for good places across New Zealand, so it is recommended to make contact quickly if a property catches your eye.
