A Revolutionary Approach To Education

Our vision is for every AGE student to have the essential tools to contribute to an ever-changing world, the ability to recognise their value, and the confidence to stand in the power of their uniqueness.

At Crimson AGE School, we equip students with the skills and confidence to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Through innovative problem-solving, collaboration, and technology, we connect learning to students’ interests, turning them into real-world challenges that foster deep thinking.

Our approach builds both academic and social-emotional skills, ensuring students leave empowered, community-minded, and ready for the future.

Why did we create AGE School?

  • The future demands a new form of leader – a caring, daring, creative individual who’s not necessarily an A+ student or sports champion.

  • We truly believe that education should be far more than academic and sporty. It should develop purpose, wellbeing and real skills for the future.

  • We believe education should evolve to meet the needs of a changing world. At AGE School, we focus on teaching the skills children need to thrive in modern society – fostering creativity, adaptability, and a love for learning.

  • We offer a more student-centred approach by staying small, focused, and innovative – allowing us to personalise learning and truly support each child’s growth.

  • We’re passionate about giving children – and our communities – the best possible chance of success.

  • Many parents did not have positive experiences at school and want to ensure their children feel more inspired in their learning.

  • We’re inspired by international education innovators and want to help New Zealand embrace a better way of doing things.

  • In a technology-based future, it’s never been more important for students to develop their EQ as much as their IQ.
